FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY

Fiona is already fully qualified and experienced Reflexologist, having gained a BSc from Napier University. Fiona is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.

She was keen to further her training in her field and was intrigued with the powerful and natural results Facial Reflexology can give both holistically and aesthetically.

Facial Reflexology focuses on Reflex (pressure) points on the face, which help stimulate the body's healing mechanisms and helps improve circulation

and nerve conduction,  encouraging  the  release  of  toxins  from  the body via the lymphatic system.

Balancing Reflex points in the face connect to and help balance the entire body.

Facial Reflexology is currently used to treat common conditions and relieve pain. A compression technique is used to stimulate reflex points in which the thumb or finger applies pressure and also walks over a zone in a caterpillar motion by bending and straightening whilst always maintaining pressure across the area.

The face provides a beautiful and precise tool to read what is going on  within the body's internal  organs,  central nervous system and neuro-biological systems. The face's close proximity to the brain and cranial nerves especially make Facial Reflexology very powerful in impacting the body’s systems.

It is an extremely relaxing treatment and fantastic for holistic well being. With a cleanse pre-treatment and moisturise to end, it leaves your skin feeling super soft and hydrated. The massage techniques used during treatment as improved blood and oxygen flow in the skins surface which creates a beautiful glow.

This amazing treatment can be carried out on its own, or you can upgrade to the Zone Lift Facial or pair it with a LED light therapy session for the ultimate in natural skin rejuvenation.
